Features
Everything for working with many accounts
Every account in its own Safari, a proxy that never leaks, warm-up and encryption - and everything you expect from a browser.
Real Safari in every profile
A profile opens in a Safari window and runs on your Mac’s system WebKit. Sites see Safari because that is what it is.
| What a site sees | A Chromium browser | Lumen |
|---|---|---|
| Engine | Blink | your Mac’s WebKit |
| Network handshake | Chromium’s | Safari’s |
| Header order | as in Chromium | as in Safari |
| Window and toolbars | its own | Safari’s |
Every profile is a process of its own
A profile gets its language, region and time zone when it starts, like any Mac app. The page and its background scripts all see the same.
- Its own folder and temporary files
- Language and time zone from the proxy’s country
- The process knows only its own profile’s key
- How many profiles run at once is up to your Mac, not your plan
Everything on disk is encrypted
Profiles, passwords, history and cookies are encrypted with a key from your master password. A stopped profile does not open without it.
- Argon2id and AES-256-GCM
- A key for every profile
- Website data is open only while the profile runs
- Only you know the master password
A proxy that never leaks
A profile with a proxy goes online only through it. No proxy, no connection: no site ever sees your real IP.
- SOCKS5, HTTP and HTTPS, with or without a login
- UDP, WebRTC and requests to the Mac itself are closed
- Certificates checked with no request around the proxy
- Language and time zone from the exit country
Proxy list
Paste a list in any usual format. Lumen checks every proxy through itself and shows its country, city and speed.
- The check finds the proxy’s type
- When a proxy fails, you see why and what to do
- One proxy to many profiles, or several in turn
| Proxy | Exit | Latency |
|---|---|---|
| Berlin 1SOCKS5 | Germany | 84 ms |
| TokyoHTTPS | Japan | 1,730 ms |
| Old providerSOCKS5 | Login rejected | - |
Checked against real Safari
Before a release, a profile is compared with Safari on the same Mac, and tests look for any request around the proxy.
Many browsers add random noise to canvas and WebGL, and fingerprint tests notice such forgeries. A Lumen profile gives exactly what Safari on your Mac gives.
Profile warm-up
A profile browses the sites of its proxy’s country in a hidden window and collects cookies while you work.
- Ready-made site lists for 26 countries and by interest
- Lists put together for the proxy’s country
- Three modes: quick, normal and deep
- A queue of several profiles, and a schedule
- A report: how many cookies, and from which sites
- Nothing is typed, submitted or bought
