License key

You bought Lumen with a key and linked an email. The key keeps working; if it may have reached someone else, replace it.

Replace the key…

The old key stops working at once. Every Mac of this license is disconnected - you will need to enter the new key on each one. The new key is shown only once: keep it.

Delete account…The account is blocked at once: devices leave the account, team seats close. After 7 days your email, password, devices and the encrypted sync data on the server are deleted. Payment records are kept without the email - accounting requires it. The profiles on your Macs are not touched: they are kept only by you, and Lumen does not delete them. Until 8 November 2026 the deletion can be cancelled by signing in.
